So, my alarm clock blasts me into waking up this morning. And as I'm dragging my ass out of bed, I hear this newscaster gleefully announcing that today is National Lipstick Day.

What....... The....... Unatural..........Hell....................

I haven't a clue how this day came into existence .

Maybe it's a forced creation of lipstick manufacturers.

Maybe someone out there that honestly felt like the lipstick industry was under-served, and genuinely deserved it's own day..

Maybe in this day and age, everyone and everything is special.

Maybe someone had to do it because.....well..... It had to be done. Who knows really.

Make sense I guess. Nowadays there has to be a day for everything, so why not have a day for lipstick. But I digress.

So now, knowing that today is national lipstick day, it probably wouldn't be a bad idea for all the ladies out there to start to start taking advantage of all the variety of colors and deals on free lipstick that I guess will be available today, and maybe for a few more days down the road.

How does any of this relate to headshots? Well, it is part of the makeup that women will want to have when they're getting their pictures taken.
